How much do we charge for delivery?
Home Delivery on products (5KG below) within the UAE is 20.00 AED per order.
Also there are some area in the UAE that applies the special delivery (out of delivery areas) so additional charges may apply.
For all other countries, delivery will vary as per product size & weight – it will vary the correct shipping charge for your order based on your shipping address*.
* Please note, additional duty and customs fees may be applicable outside the UAE and are to be paid by the consignee.
Multiple Shipment/ Orders/ Booking may effect in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly Statement.
What countries we offer delivery to?
We offer delivery to 60 countries. If you proceed to Checkout and enter your Shipping Details, the Shipping Charge will automatically calculate. Please note, additional duty and customs fees may be applicable outside the UAE and are to be paid by the consignee.
Certain items or toys needing batteries may also be prohibited from being shipped. Please check with us first.
How long does delivery take?
We deliver within 2 days (within UAE) but will often deliver sooner if possible. This excludes Fridays and Bank Holidays.
Regional and International orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. We aim to deliver within 5-7 working days, subject to local customs and regulations but will often deliver sooner if possible.
Customer can request disputes or chargeback within 36 months. Please keep a proof of delivery receipt signed and/ or received
What is the Return and Exchange policy?
Customers may return item for a repair, replacement or exchange with other item of same value or store credit.
1. Has a fault that wouldn't normally have been detected at the time they bought it.
2. Is not the same as described by the salesperson, or on a label or sign, or in an advertisement, or does not match the sample they were shown.
3. Is not suitable for the customer's intended use as described by the salesperson before they bought it.
4. Returns will only be made if the product purchased is defective or counterfeit.
Return items must be in original condition and packaging (sealed) and must be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase (receipt) and it will be under the discretion of Games To Go General Trading.The same rule applies during sales as well.
Any item with a manufacturer’s warranty which is found to be defective from the manufacture will be sent for repair under warranty, based on it meeting warranty conditions.
How do I return items I have bought online?
If you are in the Middle East, please contact us to arrange a pick-up of faulty items. Delivery charges will be applicable to the customers. Alternatively, you can return and exchange the items in The Shop. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping and handling fees are non- refundable also
Can I cancel an order online?
It is not possible to cancel an order online. Please contact us as soon as possible or within 24 hours if you wish to cancel or amend your order. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
